Board Members

Papa Yusupha Njie


Mr. Papa Yusupha Njie is the founder and CEO of Unique Solutions and also doubles as the Executive Director and local shareholder of RLG Communications Gambia and Senegal. He is an Electronic Engineering and Management graduate of Middlesex University, UK.

He is the currently the Chairman, Board of Directors of the National Training Authority of The Gambia. He is the 1st Vice President of The Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Njie was awarded The Gambia Chambers of Commerce and Industry’s Young Entrepreneur of the year in 2006 and was nominated again for the same award in 2008. He was also nominated for The Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Business Man of the year 2008.

In 2010 Mr. Njie attended Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship on the invitation of President Obama.

Isaiah Ailenmoagbon

(Executive Director)

Mr. Isaiah Ailenmoagbon has also been appointed to the board of Access Bank Gambia Limited as Executive Director, Operations and Information Technology in February 2017. He had previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) from August 2014 to January 2017.

Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Science degree (B. Sc) in Political Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) respectively from University of Benin, Benin City Nigeria. Isaiah also has a Master Degree of Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (M. Sc) and is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). Isaiah is also Certified Business Operations Professional (CBOP) and a member of International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM).

Dominic Mendy


Mr. Dominic Mendy is a highly experienced consultant in management, finance, investment and policy design. He has prepared public policies in education and industry and management programmes for service suppliers in the private sector and micro finance institutions, as well as strategic plans for corporate and non profit making and religious organizations.

Mr. Mendy is a well trained accountant and obtained a degree in Economics with honors in accounting in 1987 from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, and in 1995 graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Malaya, Malaysia majoring in Corporate Finance and Strategic Management.

Mr. Mendy has vast years of work experience from different sectors. He has served as a Banker at Standard Chartered Bank, Gambia.  He was once also a Minister responsible for Economic Affairs and Finance, and for Trade, Industry and Employment. He also lectures at the University of The Gambia in areas of Organizational Behaviour, Finance, Strategic Management and Microeconomics. .

Mr. Mendy is currently runs a consultancy firm called Emanic Consulting in which he provides services to clients such as the UNDP, the European Commission, the African Development Bank, the African Centre for Democracy and Human Rights, the World Bank/Government of The Gambia, the ECOWAS Secretariat in Abuja Nigeria and several private organizations and NGOs.
