Fatou Mas Jobe is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, financial services, tourism, diplomacy, and social impact initiatives. She currently serves as CEO and Subject Matter Expert at Bliss Luxury Services and Director of Bliss Consultancy Services, overseeing luxury property management and providing strategic consultancy.
Her career spans senior leadership roles, including General Manager of Sindola Safari Lodge, Executive Director of Operation Save the Children Foundation, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of The Gambia to Malaysia, where she established the Gambian Embassy and strengthened bilateral relations.
As Minister of Tourism and Culture, Fatou Mas drove sector transformation, achieving record-breaking occupancy rates and increasing tourism’s GDP contribution from 12% to 16%. She also held key positions in banking, including Group Head of Retail Banking at Bank PHB and multiple leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank Gambia, where she pioneered marketing strategies, product innovation, and customer-centric initiatives.
