Katty Jatta was appointed the Head of Corporate Communications in 2023. Her 25+ year career extends across Accounting, Banking, Human Resource Management, and Microfinance.
Prior to her appointment with Access Bank, Katty held leadership roles including Accountant and Savings and Credit Manager at Gambia Women’s Finance Association (GAWFA), a microfinance institution.
At Access Bank (Gambia) Limited, she held roles including Relationship Manager Retail Banking, Relationship Manager Commercial Banking and Head, Human Resources.
Katty holds a BSc. in Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana, Legon. She attended several leadership training courses organized by local and international bodies.
