Paschal Karbo holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from the CIML Business School in New Mexico USA. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (IPFM) UK. He is a member of the Academy of Executives and Administrators in UK (AEA).
He started his banking career in December 2001 as a junior banker and rose through the ranks. Paschal has more than 23 years of banking experience, where he worked at various units in the bank.
Before joining Access Bank Gambia, he spent over 10 years at the Treasury Unit of Trust Bank and was a Senior Manager and Deputy Head of Treasury, overseeing the general operations of the Department. Paschal has a great wealth of experience and knowledge in Treasury Management.
