Ronald B Mendy has BSc.in Management, and an Advance Diploma in Human Resources Development. He has attended Management Courses at McKinsey Academy and Lagos Business School. He is also a member of the Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria. Ronald has over Eight (8) years’ experience in the Banking Sector spanning from Marketing (Commercial Banking) Corporate Communications and Human Resources.
He worked as an Accounts Clerk from Oct. 2013 – Apr. 2015 Fangdema Kafo Credit Union (Now Ndimbalanteh Credit Union). He joined Access Bank Gambia Ltd, in May 2016, as an Executive Trainee working under the Commercial Banking Unit, growing through the ranks. He also worked in the Corporate Communications Unit as Team Lead, for over 3years. In February 2020, he was deployed to the Human Resources as Team Lead, until his appointment as Acting Head, Human Resources in February 2023 until date.
